Canadian singer Carly Rae Jepsen hit it big as she got three trophies at the MuchMusic Video Awards on Sunday night. The cute protégé of Bieber won the best video of the year for her breakthrough song Call Me Maybe. She also bagged home the MMVA most watched video and UR fave video of the year.
And while Jepsen hauled the night’s biggest awards, it was still Bieber who stole the show who had the crowd going wild, eating from his palm from his entrance at the red carpet. He’s with his baby brother, and fans were screaming and had cardboard cutouts with marriage proposals showing on gigantic signs.
Before the show started, Bieber fans were seen forcing their way in, squeezing underneath the fencing set-up around the stage in the hopes of seeing their idol.
