Game 1 of this season’s NBA Finals has ended and everyone’s excited about the series’ good match-up between the Miami Heat and Oklahoma Thunder.

Ryen Russillo, host of ESPN’s NBA Today podcast is with Hall of Famer Clyde “The Glide” Drexler who talks about the just concluded Game 1 of the Finals and his trip to the Olympics 20 years ago.

It seemed that Game 1 was falling in the hands of Miami as they took the lead in the first half, and their game appeared invincible with Lebron James showing his 3-time MVP form. But come 2nd half, it was all Thunder while the Heat lost steam. Oklahoma then blasted its way to take Game 1 in their home court.

Drexler, who was a member of the original Dream Team and one of the top-caliber players during his time, analyzed Oklahoma’s adjustments at the 2nd half, pointing out Russell Westbrook’s dynamic game, Durant’s explosiveness and their great defense against Lebron in the 4th quarter.

Looking back at his stint with the Dream Team, he talks about how the phenomenal team started with some of the greatest players.
