Halle Berry was apparently rushed to the Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles on Wednesday after incurring a serious injury on the set of her latest movie The Hive, according to X17 Online. Details of the incident are still vague as of this writing as various reports differ; some claim that the 45-year-old actress attained a head injury caused by a falling concrete debris, while others say that she hit her head after taking a nasty fall.

The set was shut down and production put to a halt following the incident, which was said to have occurred around 10pm of July 17. MailOnline contacted Halle’s spokesperson for the information on her condition but so far still hasn’t commented on the report.

This is not the first time Halle got injured during filming. Back in September of 2011, she broke her foot during the filming of David Nicholl’s Cloud Atlas in Spain. But for now, we wish Ms. Berry a speedy recovery.
