Sage Stallone, Sylvester Stallone’s 36 year old son who starred in Rocky 5 when he was a kid, was found dead in his Los Angeles apartment last Friday, July 13.
A representative said in a statement that “Sylvester Stallone is devastated and grief-stricken over the sudden loss of his son Sage Stallone. His compassion and thoughts are with Sage’s mother, Sasha [Czack]. Sage was a very talented and wonderful young man, his loss will be felt forever.”
Details of Sage’s death are unclear, and his attorney said that a housekeeper first found him dead. Cops said there were no signs of forced entry or any foul play or a suicide note, and no criminal activity involved, but there were prescription drugs found.
His attorney meanwhile said that the young Stallone “never had any serious health problems” or had “a history of drug or alcohol abuse.” “Sage was a really young, very sensitive, and very talented kid. There has been no indication that there was anything wrong in his life.”
Man, I saw The Expandables 2 just a few week ago. I did not know then that his son had died. This is really sad.
