Actress Scarlett Johansson makes a comeback on singing after she has collaborated with Lulu Gainsbourg covering French music legend Serge Gainsbourg’s Bonnie & Clyde.
According to contactmusic.com, the song is included on Lulu’s tribute album From Gainsbourg to Lulu, which has handpicked tracks by Lulu himself that pay homage to his father’s works.
The tribute album also features Rufus Wainright, Iggy Pop and a duet by Johhny Depp and Vanessa Paradis before their split-up.
Johansson has been singing before, covering Jeff Buckley’s Last Goodbye in 2009 for ‘He’s Not That Into You’ soundtrack, One Whole Hour for the soundtrack of documentary movie 'Wretches & Jabberers' and collaborating with singer/songwriter Pete Yorn for the album Break Up, which was inspired by duets of Serge Grainsbourg and Brigitte Bardot.
She’s also one of the female artists featured on Steel Train’s album singing Bullet.
