Metro Redux has launched a new 6-minute trailer that compares its old and new visuals, and features new gameplay improvements, such as the global lighting and level of realism in the environment. There are also improvements in the combat and weapons aspect, as well as the AI.

The game also has several new hidden areas and encounters waiting to be explored, and a storyline with fewer load screens. You can play the hardcore Survival Mode and Spartan mode with more action-heavy experiences.

Metro Redux will be released in August 26 in the US and August 29 in Europe. Metro: 2033 and Metro: Last Light Redux will also be available separately as downloads.
