Battle Net has posted about the Patch 2.2.0 that will add more top-of-the-line loot, plus 3 new sets Unhallowed Essence, Wrath of the Wastes, and Delsere's Magnum Opus, comparable with the most powerful gear in the game for now.
The patch also is set to add 15 new item powers and a new type of treasure goblins that you can hunt down for loot. The new blue goblins will have the capability to split off to a number of mini-goblins, while red goblins will team up to stop you from catching your loot.
Nephalem and Greater Rifts will be getting new layouts and new Rifts will include those that were based on Act I's Festering Woods, Act II's Stinging Winds, and Act III's Field of Slaughter. It has 20 new bounties that will be spread across Act I, Act II, and Act V.
The new patch will be available in the PC and Mac versions, the release date of which will yet be announced in all of the platforms.
